Great and quick service. Place was clean and professional. They also just expanded their hours to include Sunday. My eyebrows look great, and just how I like them! They have really reasonable prices, so if you like your brows, don't forget to tip!

Gets the job done, but it’s nothing special. Cheaply priced & offers a student discount. I’ve gone twice to this location. My first experience was the only time I’ve had my eyebrows done outside of the mall (once); the manager was very accommodating and pleasant, she made sure to ask about what I wanted and handed me tissues when my eyes were watering (I’m pretty sensitive). She told me to let them know I’m trying to grow out my eyebrows as they’re pretty sparse. My second experience today was with a younger girl and was not as enjoyable. I was glad to get straight into a chair, but she didn’t ask me anything other than if I pluck or shave my brows. Then said “So you have some spots where hair just doesn’t grow” Yes, obviously. Just kind of embarrassing. She did not ask me to look at it to make sure I was happy with her work. I came back inside after paying and had her clean them up again. At this point the manager got up to check on me, because I was getting emotional. Good for someone with experience, but not for a beginner I guess. If I return, I’ll make sure to ask for the manager.

This was my first time getting my eyebrows and lip threaded. The young lady that did mine was very nice and did a great job. I told her I didn’t like thin brows and she got them near perfect. And the price was incredibly reasonable
